HubSpot Administrator / HubSpot Developer

Administers and develops HubSpot CRM, builds integrations with external systems, and optimizes workflows for marketing and sales teams.
We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator / HubSpot Developer to manage HubSpot CRM and build integrations with external systems.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain HubSpot
Build and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines
Integrate HubSpot with external systems using APIs and integration tools
Configure CRM structure, custom properties, field mappings, and data sync
Troubleshoot automation and integration issues
Maintain data quality and reporting
Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
Experience administering HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
Experience integrating HubSpot with external systems using APIs, webhooks, or tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and data management
Experience with custom properties, custom objects, workflows, and reporting
Advanced English
Nice to Have
Experience with Operations Hub
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
SQL or scripting experience
RevOps background
