Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on RevOps professional to take full ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem and commercial workflows. This is not a basic data-entry role; it is a mission-critical position designed for a HubSpot power user who can bridge the gap between technical CRM administration and high-stakes commercial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our HubSpot Pro environment is optimized, our reporting is airtight, and our quoting process is flawless. If you thrive on building efficient systems, managing complex pricing logic, and maintaining total data integrity, you will be a vital pillar of our commercial team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Administration: Manage and optimize the HubSpot Professional environment, including deal stages, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and user permissions.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and maintain sophisticated automated workflows to streamline lead routing, sales notifications, and data management.
  • Quoting & Pricing Logic: Coordinate the quoting process, ensuring all calculations, margins, and pricing logic are accurate before delivery to clients.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide the leadership team with real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain clear, technical documentation for all CRM processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and hygiene across the entire CRM database.
  • System Integration: Assist in managing integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to enhance commercial efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or CRM Administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot at the Professional tier or higher, including building complex workflows and custom reports.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to manage complex quote calculations and financial logic.
  • Strong understanding of sales margins, pricing structures, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a "zero-error" mindset regarding data and documentation.
  • Professional proficiency in written English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work full-time with a minimum of 5 hours overlap with US Central Time.
  • A process-driven personality with the ability to work independently and solve technical problems proactively.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Active HubSpot Certifications (Reporting, Sales Software, or Admin).
  • Previous experience in Laboratory services, CRO/CDMO, or highly regulated technical industries.
  • Experience with attribution reporting and full-funnel marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or basic scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of vendor qualification processes and audit documentation.
