Accounting Manager｜International Logistics Group

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support financial management within a leading international logistics group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing activities.
2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
3. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
4. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal accounting policies.
5. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant regulatory authorities.
6. Develop and enhance internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes to improve operational efficiency.
7. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
8. Collaborate with overseas offices and cross-functional teams on financial reporting and intercompany transactions.
9. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
3. Solid knowledge of financial accounting, financial statement preparation, and Taiwan tax regulations.
4. Familiarity with IFRS and internal control procedures.
5. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or multinational companies.
2. Experience handling intercompany transactions and cross-border financial reporting.
3. Experience in accounting process improvement or ERP implementation.
4. CPA qualification or relevant professional certification is a plus.
