Why This Role is Unique: We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our Human Capital team as an Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside an experienced HC team, gaining broad exposure to how a global investment firm manages and grows its people function.
The intern will be embedded within the Human Capital team, contributing to day-to-day operations and getting a well-rounded view of HR in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a solid foundation in human capital management.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Prior internship/exposure to HR or people operations.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee documentation
- Good understanding of core HR processes.
- Ability to maintain and support operational HR workflows effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
