Human Capital Operation & Service Assistant Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Having Experience of 3 years as Comben/Reward Supervisor.
- Proficient in HRIS & payroll systems, calculating employee income tax, BPJSK and BPJSH.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets.
- Strong knowledge of 3P Compensation Design, Variable Incentive
- Strategy, Job Evaluation, HR policies and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
