Job description (Major responsibilities):
· Lead and manage Human Capital
Strategies / HR consulting projects, with focus on Organization Development
(OD), Learning & Development (L&D), Leadership Development, Talent
Management, Competency Development, Culture and Change Management.
· Diagnose organizational and
capability needs through interviews, workshops, data analysis and review of
business / HR information, and translate findings into practical HR
interventions and solutions.
· Design and facilitate OD and
L&D interventions such as leadership development programs, competency
frameworks, training needs analysis, learning journeys, team / organization
effectiveness initiatives, culture and change programs, and related HR solutions.
· Manage projects end-to-end,
including work planning, stakeholder coordination, client communication,
quality control, timeline and deliverable management.
· Contribute to Business
Development, including client needs assessment, proposal development and
presentation of recommended approaches / solutions.
· Develop and continuously
enhance Human Capital programs, methodologies, tools and consulting solutions.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of a
college/university course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources / Human
Capital Management, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Business
Management, or related fields.
· Master’s degree is an
advantage.
· More than 3 years of relevant
experience as an HR Business Partner / HR practitioner or HR / OD / L&D
Consultant, with exposure to or experience leading any of the following:
ü Organization Development /
Organization Effectiveness
ü Learning & Development
strategy and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
ü Leadership Development /
Management Development programs
ü Competency Framework design
and/or Talent Management
ü Culture Development, Employee
Engagement and/or Change Management
ü Facilitation, workshop design
and development of learning interventions
Expected work attitude and required competencies:
· Strong knowledge and practical
experience in Organization Development and/or Learning & Development.
· Logical Thinking & Critical
Analysis – able to structure ambiguous issues, identify root causes, synthesize
information, and communicate clear, evidence-based recommendations.
· Project Management – able to
plan and manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables
while maintaining quality and accountability.
· People Management & Team
Leadership – able to guide, coach and coordinate project team members, delegate
effectively, provide feedback, and build a collaborative working environment.
· Consulting Design &
Implementation – able to translate business and people issues into practical
frameworks, interventions, programs and implementation plans.
· Facilitation &
Communication – able to facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders,
structure presentations and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft
PowerPoint and Excel; ability to develop clear, executive-ready presentations
and analyses.

Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Regular hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30
PM, with flex time schedule (work schedule may change depending on client
meeting requirements).
