What You'll Do
- Support HR Manager in overseeing overall HR operations and initiatives.
- Manage Trade Union relations, collective agreements and employee grievances.
- Oversee payroll, compensation and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Support HR reporting, performance management and employee development.
- Coordinate regional HR matters and initiatives across APAC.

Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Union relations, payroll, benefits and recruitment.
- Exposure to APAC regional HR operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and industrial relations.
- Capable of supporting both operational and strategic HR matters.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
