Are you passionate about building a positive workplace culture while partnering with leaders to drive business success? We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in supporting business operations, strengthening employee engagement, and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support organizational goals and operational excellence.
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations, resolving concerns, and providing practical HR solutions.
- Coach and support managers in HR policies, people management, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective HR initiatives.
- Contribute to manpower planning, organizational development, and strategic HR projects.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
