Human Resource Executive (Compensation, HR Systems, Audit Support, HR Analytics) #HDC1

A public healthcare institution is looking for an HR Executive to support its compensation team. You will work with HR systems, data and audits while supporting key HR initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support enhancements to the performance management module of the HR system
• Execute user acceptance testing, track and close defects
• Update user guides and prepare go-live communications
• Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation and verification
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports and audit submissions
• Compile data for union-related requirements
• Work with HR business partners to gather information and monitor deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You'll Bring

• Degree in any discipline and above
• Experience in HR operations, HR systems, data management or project coordination is preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
