Job Description

• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support by responding to employee enquiries and assisting with HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper administration of personnel documentation.
• Support payroll processing, leave administration, and other HR operational activities.
• Assist in HR reporting, compliance requirements, and internal or external audits.
• Ensure HR processes comply with the Singapore Employment Act and company policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and administrative responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR administration.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and personnel records management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/HR systems.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Able to multitask, prioritise work effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
