Job Summary
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, training coordination, payroll assistance, work pass applications, and HR policy implementation to support organizational growth and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities by posting job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure timely staffing
- Coordinate and plan training programs to enhance staff skills and support professional development
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll and offer letters, and update job descriptions to maintain accurate employee records
- Process work pass applications and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to maintain legal workforce status
- Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and fair employee management
- Manage staff access cards and office entry systems to secure workplace access
- Handle leave applications and maintain accurate leave records for compliance and payroll accuracy
- Administer staff medical insurance and process claims to support employee wellbeing
- Plan and coordinate training and upskilling programs specifically for foreign workers to enhance workforce capabilities
- Apply for relevant government grants and funding to support HR initiatives and organizational development
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support business needs
