Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, people-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage full-spectrum HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll, work pass administration, and daily HR support.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and absence records to ensure accurate workforce tracking
- Verify attendance and overtime submissions for payroll accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs to ensure timely and precise salary processing
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and leave matters
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively
- Conduct HR orientation sessions to ensure employees understand company policies and practices
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to support HR compliance and reporting
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and appreciation initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Assist with employee lifecycle events including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits to ensure smooth transitions
- Manage work pass and permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor work pass expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals to avoid compliance issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness
- Manage HR consumables and employee-issued items such as uniforms, PPE, and staff ID cards to ensure availability and control costs
- Monitor inventory levels and usage to prevent wastage and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain HR databases and employee records to ensure data integrity
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation to support HR functions and compliance
- Support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives to contribute to talent management
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements to enhance HR operations
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers to resolve issues and facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR operations experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Proven experience managing payroll and attendance for a workforce exceeding 200 employees
- Strong knowledge of Singapore HR practices and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Attention to detail in handling payroll and employee records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Infotech or similar HRIS/payroll systems
