HR consultant creates reports, training materials, and assists with client projects while supporting HR operations and recruitment for Singapore-based clients.
We’re looking for a driven individual to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse industries, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to impactful HR and business consulting projects.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Create consultancy deliverables: reports, presentations, training materials
- Assist in HR and business consultancy projects
- Help organize and deliver client training programs
- Translate documents between English and Chinese
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide HR operations, payroll, and recruitment services to retainer clients
- Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives
- Follow up with new customers
- You are required to work after office hours sometimes
