Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within an organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment and selection process, administering employee benefits and payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The Human Resource Manager also provides support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, handles employee relations issues, and leads performance management and training initiatives. In addition, this role provides key operational support with time dedicated to providing back up to the Safety Officer and Purchasing; listing and selling laboratory items on eBay on behalf of the lab; LogIn review and invoice review; and marketing support. Additional duties as assigned or as operations require.
