Human Resource Manager
About the Role
Hobark International is seeking an HR Manager to lead human resources strategy and operations, ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and support business objectives through effective people management, particularly within an Oil & Gas environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies
- Oversee HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Support leadership with strategic HR planning and workforce development
- Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (CIPM or SHRM) preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in HR management, preferably in Oil & Gas
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
