Key Requirements & Duties:
• 🎓 BSc/BA in HR, Business Administration, Social Studies, or related field
• 🧑‍💼 3–4 years’ HR experience (INGO experience preferred)
• 📋 Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews & HR systems
• 🗂️ Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• ⏰ Track leave, timesheets, and staff employment status
• 🤝 Provide HR support and respond to employee concerns
• 💻 Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• 🌍 English & Amharic required (regional language is an advantage)
