Human Resource Recruiter, Hybrid Mode Company: Smart Vision Consultancy Services Job Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 3L6L a year About the Role: Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates Track and monitor confidential candidate information Oversee the background and pre-employment screening process Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview processes Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills Good knowledge of recruitment processes Ability to manage multiple HR and admin tasks Organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR records .
