The human resource/recruiting manager will be tasked with sourcing entrepreneurial minded candidates though various channels as well as screening, interviewing, and selecting Denver's finest to embark on a career of their dreams. Once these candidates are selected you will also be responsible for tracking progress and assisting these individuals though our business owner on-boarding process.

Minimum Qualifications to Apply
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- Willingness to obtain CO Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses
- No criminal conviction, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 10 years
- Salary - $42,000
- Uncapped bonus potential based on production
