Human Resource Specialist
We are seeking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage cross-border HR operations. The ideal candidate shall have good numerical acumen and cultural awareness, paired with the analytical and interpersonal skills to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-border HR operations across the entire employee life cycle, including but not limited to contracting, on/off boarding, immigration, payroll, employment tax, social security and global benefits administration.
- Support the end-to-end establishment of cross-border HR operations such as the ground-up development and implementation of local employment contracts, benefits structures, and HR policies.
- Oversee service providers, including but not limited to vendors sourcing, supervise daily service delivery, arrange billings and conduct service reviews.
- Act as primary point of contact for employee enquiries, regulatory compliance matters, and mandatory government statistical reporting.
- Maintain employee database and personnel files.
- Campaign for operational excellence by reviewing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), propose, strategize and implement any cross-team SOPs enhancement.
Qualifications& Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Science or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of working experience either as in-house HR or HR related professional service provider.
- Prior experience in benefits, cross-border payroll and tax administration, immigration compliance is highly regarded.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to stakeholder’s inquiries and resolving issues across different time zones and cultures.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various AI agents.
- Able to handle complex Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large datasets.
