GS-7/9 The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) in a developmental capacity, performing assignments designed to further develop applicable analytical and evaluative skills and techniques. GS-7 Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned organizations Codes and processes a variety of personnel actions Researches data and drafts responses to customer inquiries Participates in planning, monitoring, and conducting special studies, projects, and initiatives GS-9 Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned organizations Processes a full range of personnel actions Provides recruitment and placement advisory services to organizations serviced Assists in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities GS-11 Receives, reviews, and analyzes recruitment requests and supporting documentation from serviced organizations Codes and reviews all types of complex personnel actions Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities Performs a full range of staffing advisory services to organizations serviced Summary Continued GS-11 The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive recruitment and placement services for assigned organizations AF wide. Position is also responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of guidance, policy, and procedures for the Air Force Personnel Center.
