Human Resource & Talent Acquisition Specialist #HDC

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition? This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities while partnering closely with stakeholders to build and strengthen talent pipelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower needs, job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and maintain effective candidate sourcing channels through job portals, professional networks, recruitment partners and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and offer coordination.
• Assess candidates against role requirements through structured interviews and relevant selection processes.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and related HR activities to ensure a smooth transition for successful hires.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen recruitment strategies, processes and employer attractiveness.
• Support internship and talent development initiatives where required.
• Keep updated on relevant employment practices, recruitment trends and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant HR or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
