The Position -
Human Resources Advisor
Based in our Burleigh
office, you will be a valued member of our team and become a
trusted HR business partner to many of our long-standing and new
clients located throughout Australia.
No two days are the
same at Integrated HR and you will be exposed to a variety of
clients and projects across different industries and
locations.
As a true HR and Payroll Generalist with 2 - 3 years' experience, we will ensure your success in your
responsibilities, which will include:
- Recruitment and selection campaigns
- Overseeing the
onboarding (first impressions count) and offboarding
(gaining invaluable feedback) process
- Drafting and
issuing employee manuals, employment
agreements, policies and procedures, forms
etc
- Drafting HR Strategic Plans
- Workforce planning
and restructuring
- Implementing
workplace culture initiatives and retention
strategies
- Performance
counselling, performance management and workplace
investigations
- Payroll processing
- Award and
Legislation interpretation
- Attending clients
at their premises
- Employee
life-cycle administration / data entry using various
client and internal HRIS i.e. Employment Hero, FoundU,
Happy HR, Zoho etc
About
You
Working closely with
the Managing Director, you will have a mature, ethical and open
approach to your work. You will be able to easily juggle
multiple priorities and have a solution focused mindset with a
‘no fuss’ attitude. Teamwork,
collaboration and helpful communication are some of our internal
team values and we won’t budge on that!
Anyone working in HR
knows that attention to detail and compliance is key and of
course this position requires those skills. But just as
important is customer
service - ensuring that your clients are openly communicated
with and in a timely manner.
To be successful for
this position you will be:
- Degree or
certificate qualified in Human Resources /
Psychology / Counselling / Business or
similar
- 2 - 3 years experience as a HR
Generalist with knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Work Health & Safety Act other relevant industrial instruments
- Familiar with
Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy in order to
learn our internal and client HRIS and payroll
systems
- Professional in
your approach to work with a sense of
humor
- Experienced and
able to work with highly sensitive and
confidential information across
businesses
- Willing to learn on
the job and take direction with a pro-active and ‘can-do’
attitude
- Willing to attend
networking events
- Work from our Burleigh office
