Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”) is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Credit, Fixed Income & Macro, Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Strategies.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR inquires and support employees at all levels.
• Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, employment authorization verification, and Day 1 orientation logistics.
• Handle full cycle immigration process including visa renewals, applications, renewal tracking and extensions.
• Work with the global HR Business Partners HRBPs and legal teams on global relocations, transfers, and short-term assignments.
• Manage the offboarding workflow for voluntary and involuntary separations, including coordination with managers, HRBPS, and Payroll.
• Handling HR audits, administer required trainings, annual refresher background checks and manage additional HR compliance related activities.
• Complete employment verifications.
• Manage Work Day processes, ensuring data accuracy and maintain accurate employee records.
• Create and maintain recurring reports and respond to data requests from various departments.
• This role supports our international offices Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai & London.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of HR related experience including internships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
