What You'll Do
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including background checks and orientations
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Support payroll processing through timecard review and data validation
- Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Support compliance activities, including audits, training documentation, and record retention
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
What You'll Need
Required:
- Associate's degree
- 1–3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Experience in senior living or healthcare
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes
- Experience supporting compliance or audit processes
