HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - YORKTOWN MALL

As a Human Resources Assistant, you play an important role in supporting store hiring, personnel practices, and procedures. You have the opportunity to impact customers, associates, and many areas of the store business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
Assist with the store interview process - conduct screenings, interviews, and references
Recruit new employees
Assist with payroll and time clock maintenance
Assist with employee benefit enrollment and use
Solve customer problems and support daily business needs
Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this position is $19.00/hr with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
