Human Resources Associate

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Human Resources Associate to join her Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities

• Support pay and performance management and C&B provisions

• Provide assistance in reviewing Human Resources policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Perform data analysis and compile periodic reports and ppt presentation

• Provide support in day-today Human Resources operations, keep track of staff movement, attrition rate, and trending analysis

• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holders with 1-2 years working experience

• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

• Proactive, detailed minded with strong team orientation

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is also required

• Fresh graduates or holders of IANG visa are welcomed
