General Responsibilities\:
Under general supervision, handle day-to-day administration of policies and/or programs covering several or all of the following\: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research. To monitor and maintain department-specific databases and systems. May have responsibilities for Oracle data input and integrity as well as workflow approvals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities\:
1. Handles day-to-day administration of policies and/or programs covering several or all of the following\: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research.
2. Monitors and maintains department-specific databases and systems.
3. May have responsibilities for Oracle data input and integrity as well as workflow approvals.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay Range\: $18.85 – $21.88
