Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of precise employee files, including attendance logs, leave balances, and deployment records.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from publishing job advertisements and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and employee records remain current, accurate, and securely organized.
  • Assist in the performance management cycle by tracking appraisal schedules and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Professionally handle employee inquiries and grievances, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Cultivate a strong organizational culture by promoting professional conduct and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and periodic review of HR policies and operational procedures.
  • Track workforce metrics and prepare detailed reports on HR data and management updates as requested.
  • Organize and support training programs, learning initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Administer employee welfare and recognition programs to enhance staff well-being.
  • Ensure all HR practices align with internal policies and external employment laws.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and people-related challenges.
  • Assist in HR strategic projects, process optimization, and the adoption of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
