Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Payroll processing including timecard management and coordination with payroll services.
- Benefits administration including enrollment, changes, billing reconciliation, and employee support.
- Administer and maintain compliance records.
- Maintain and update employee policies including handbook.
- Maintain employee, medical, and HR files.
- Assist employees with compliance-related matters.
- Maintain HR ISO accreditation.
- Support recruitment activities.
- Assist with planning and administration of company meetings and events.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR consultant to assigned departments to understand workforce needs.
- Provide coaching to supervisors on performance, corrective actions, and employee relations.
- Support workforce planning, succession strategies, and skill-gap assessments.
- Guide leaders through performance management processes.
- Support organizational development, change initiatives, and communication planning.
- Enhance employee engagement strategies and culture initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven solutions.
