Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our Marine Services business.
The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to deliver effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR service delivery initiatives across operational locations.
The ideal candidate must have experience supporting operational, technical, project-based, or field workforce environments and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and retention activities.
Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution processes.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
Support succession planning and workforce capability development programmes.
Monitor employee movements and workforce requirements across operational locations.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management information reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and HR best practices.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
1. Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline.

2. Professional Certification:

Candidates must possess at least one of the following professional HR certifications:
CIPM
SHRM
HRCI
CIPD

3. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marine, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Technical Operations, Outsourcing, or Project-Based Workforce environment.
Minimum of 5 years' overall HR experience.
Experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
Experience supporting operational and technical workforce populations.
Experience working across multiple locations will be an advantage.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
