Job Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays an essential role in aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Serving as a trusted advisor to National Rarities’ leaders, this role provides guidance in employee relations, talent

development, organizational effectiveness, and culture. The HRBP partners closely with leadership and the HR

team to drive engagement, strengthen retention, and support overall business success.


Responsibilities and Duties


Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders to serve as a coach and strategic partner in employee relations, performance management, and career development.
  • Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance.
  • Partner with leadership to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development and training programs.
  • Lead the annual employee engagement survey process, including analysis and feedback sessions.

Talent Management and Development:

  • Provide guidance on coaching, feedback, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Support managers in setting expectations and managing performance consistently and fairly.
  • Identify development trends and recommend proactive solutions based on feedback processes and survey insights.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with recruiting to support effective hiring strategies.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
