Main Purpose of the Role:

The HR Business Partner role is a critical part of the US HR team, whose primary responsibility is leading and directing various functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including: interviewing and hiring staff, assisting with compensation, benefits, and leave administration, leading training and other employee development duties, enforcing company policies and practices, and partnering with business leaders to help define and execute on HR deliverables.

The role is mix of strategic and tactical work. There will, however, be opportunities to work on project-based initiatives that are broader in scope and scale, potentially even global in nature. This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in leaving their own imprint on a growing, international business!

Main Tasks:

- Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, shaping people and employee experience strategies that support enterprise goals, transformation initiatives, and long term performance.

-Translate business strategy into integrated workforce, talent, and employee experience plans, proactively identifying risks and opportunities related to capacity, capability, engagement, and retention.

-Advise leaders through complex people decisions, including organizational design, leadership effectiveness, culture, and change readiness, while balancing business outcomes with employee impact.

-Partner across HR and with business leaders on enterprise initiatives that advance culture, performance, engagement, inclusion, and organizational capability.

-Support annual planning processes—including workforce planning, budgeting, merit, and talent reviews

-Elevate leader capability by reinforcing accountability for engagement, culture, and people outcomes.

-Own and champion the employee experience lifecycle, from onboarding through engagement, development, and retention, ensuring experiences are intentional, consistent, and aligned with organizational values.

-Partner with leaders to identify engagement risks and opportunities using employee feedback, data, and lived experience insights; translate findings into targeted action plans.

-Support the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, change communications, and listening strategies (e.g., surveys, pulse checks, focus groups).

-Coach leaders on practices that positively influence engagement, trust, inclusion, psychological safety, and performance.

-Ensure employee experience considerations are embedded into workforce changes, policy decisions, and operating model shifts.


Requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• 5+ years Human Resources experience

• Successful history of partnering with senior leadership on assigned HR deliverables

• Track record of being able to execute on assigned goals

• Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook

• Experience with managing projects and deadlines

• Experience collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing relevant sets of data
