Human Resources Co-op Student

Toyotetsu Canada Inc is seeking a Human Resources Co-op Student to join our team for the Winter Term starting January 2027!!

Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Supplier to Toyota Manufacturing Facilities located in the heart of Norfolk County (Simcoe, ON). We utilize state of the art technology to ensure our automotive parts are assembled with a high degree of quality.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist with Daily HR tasks – entering data, scanning, filing.

• Execute locker assignment reconciliation and clean-up

• Assist with setup for new Team Member orientation and onboarding activities

• Track, verify and distribute Team Member uniforms

• Assist with recruitment activities for contract positions, including interviews and reference checks

• Assist in creating new TM files

• Assist HR Team on projects and other tasks as needed
