About the role

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in human resources and will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with various administrative and operational tasks.

What you'll do

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in a human resources role with 1 or more HRM+ certifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (Rippling).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
