Please note, this role is hourly. Hourly rate to be based on experience.
Position Overview:
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist the Generalist and Specialist with day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the department. This position assists with onboarding, filing, updating employee records, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding newly hired employees and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Prepare and organize materials for job fairs, meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
- Assist employees with general questions regarding payroll, benefits, company policies, time off, and HR procedures.
- Partner with the Human Resources Specialist to support benefits enrollment, including communicating with newly eligible employees.
- Monitor the completion of required training, certifications, and other compliance-related requirements.
- Prepare ad hoc Human Resources reports as requested.
- Organize, maintain, and update employee records and personnel files.
- Assist the Human Resources Generalist with employee engagement programs and company initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the Human Resources team with additional projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.
