SCOPE HUMAN RESOURES – COORDINATOR
Responsibilities vary a great deal, covering a wide span of HR tasks including assisting with Benefits Plans, HR Policies, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions and special assigned HR projects.
- Manage J.T.M. Way Monthly Events and Company Events such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Lunches.
- Support employees in navigating the engagement surveys, etc. and answering and responding timely to HR inquiries.
- Supports employee recognition programs.
- Assists HR with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and billing
- Functions as the receptionist back up and coordination of front desk
- Support Company Events and Wellness Initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to improve department processes.
- Develop and distribute company-wide communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with J.T.M. Guiding Principles.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
SUCCESS CRITERIA – HUMAN RESOURES - COORDINATOR

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS – HUMAN RESOURES - COORDINATOR
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrated effectiveness in supporting multiple business leaders, working across varied HR practice areas.
- Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve.
- A strong team player with the ability to work and in a cooperative manner with internal clients and colleagues at all levels as well as independently with supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding, high expectation environment while maintaining accuracy.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Canva software is preferred.
- This position is an onsite position.
