Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and audit employee timecards prior to payroll submission.
- Process payroll adjustments including bonuses, deductions, and retroactive pay.
- Administer wage garnishments and required payroll deductions.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting within Paycom.
- Generate payroll and HR analytics reports (headcount, PTO, overtime).
- Maintain personnel file integrity and compliance documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, I-9 compliance, and employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll and HR inquiries.
- Support benefits administration and HR initiatives.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and department projects.
The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers. Duties are to be carried out in accordance with the PTC Quality Management System and its policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1-3 years of HR or payroll-related experience preferred.
