Bella Vista is located in the NW corner of the state of Arkansas. Bella Vista is seeking to fill the position of Human Resources Director. Reporting to the Mayor, the HR Director provides leadership, management, and supervision for the overall operations of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include the administration, coordination and evaluation of areas such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, policies, employee relations, worker's compensation, unemployment, and budget preparation.
