We're seeking a Human Resources Director to help lead the employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders. You'll help shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, improve retention, support workforce planning, and navigate complex people challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader, with responsibilities including:
Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
Coaching leaders through employee relations, performance management, and workplace challenges
Supporting talent acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive clinical labor market
Leading investigations and managing complex employee relations matters
Supporting compliance with employment laws and healthcare-related regulations
Overseeing workplace safety, workers' compensation, accommodations, and leave-related matters
Using workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and drive business decisions

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced HR leader who brings:
Progressive HR leadership experience
Strong employee relations and investigation expertise
Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
Experience coaching and influencing leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A commitment to building exceptional employee experiences
Healthcare, home health, hospice, post-acute, or other clinical workforce experience is strongly preferred.
