We're looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full HR function for our PME (Professional/Manager/Executive) headcount and support our Malaysia subsidiary. This role suits someone who enjoys owning end-to-end HR processes and is comfortable working across two countries.
Job Scope
- Work pass administration for PMEs
- Recruitment, screening, and onboarding coordination
- Performance appraisals and compensation reviews
- Training and career development coordination
- HR policy and handbook management
- Group insurance administration
- Payroll processing for PMEs, including Malaysia payroll and statutory compliance
- Supporting company-wide HR initiatives and employee engagement
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of HR generalist experience
- Prior exposure to Malaysia payroll and statutory compliance preferred
- Familiar with HRMS platforms
- Organised and able to manage compliance deadlines across two jurisdictions
