Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Partner with managers to provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct investigations, address employee concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Deliver coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and people management practices.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and reports.
• Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
