Program Overview
The Human Resources Department partners with leaders across the organization to recruit, develop, and retain a talented workforce dedicated to CarePoint Response's mission. The department supports every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and workforce planning.

The Opportunity
CarePoint Response is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.
The Human Resources Generalist will partner with leaders across the organization to recruit and onboard top talent, maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies, administer HR systems, coordinate employee lifecycle processes, and support workforce planning initiatives.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational excellence while making a meaningful impact on employees and the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment efforts by developing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, health screenings, drug testing, orientation, and new hire documentation.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and position management within Paycom.
Human Resources Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, leave management, licensing, certifications, and HR reporting.
- Manage employee offboarding and separation processes.
- Support workers' compensation administration and related documentation.
Compliance & Employee Support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain labor law postings, personnel files, compliance documentation, and audit readiness.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR training and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Support the administration and optimization of Paycom and other HR technology platforms.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and key performance indicators.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives designed to improve HR processes and employee experience.
