π§© What Youβll Do
π Regional HR Support
π₯ Serve as a primary HR contact for designated locations.
π¬ Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
π€ Coach and support front-line managers with routine employee relations matters.
π Employee Lifecycle Management
π Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR recordkeeping.
π Help organize and facilitate new-hire orientations and training sessions.
π Help create a positive and professional employee experience from day one.
π€ Employee Relations & Performance
π Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, and disciplinary actions.
π Assist with performance improvement plans and performance review cycles.
π Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
π Culture & Employee Engagement
π Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
β Be an ambassador for TCIβs values of integrity, respect, accountability, and collaboration.
π Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
βοΈ Compliance & HR Operations
π Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
π» Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS information.
π Protect confidential employee information and maintain a high level of data integrity.
π― Workforce Planning & Development
π₯ Partner with operational leaders to understand staffing needs.
π Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
π± Support internal mobility, employee development, and retention strategies alongside HR leadership.
π― What You Bring to the Team
π Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Weβre looking for someone with:
πΌ 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
π A bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
βοΈ Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance.
π» Experience working with HRIS platforms.
π Strong administrative and organizational skills.
π¬ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
π€ Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
π A high level of business ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
π Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
π₯οΈ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other business software.
π Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
π± Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new skills, systems, programs, and processes.

Because HR sometimes happens outside regular business hours, this position requires flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours inquiries and emergencies. π Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needs.

π Approximately 5β10% travel may be required to support regional locations.
π Travel may include both local and occasional out-of-state locations.
π Reliable transportation is required.
π€ Travel will be coordinated with the HR Manager and Director of Human Resources.
