We’re looking for someone who brings sound judgment, emotional maturity, and consistent follow-through. You should be comfortable handling sensitive conversations, managing competing priorities, and working independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from screening applicants through offers and pre-employment requirements.

  • Coordinate onboarding and deliver new hire orientation.

  • Support employees and managers with workplace concerns, policy questions, performance management, and corrective action.

  • Conduct impartial workplace investigations and prepare clear, factual documentation.

  • Coordinate leaves of absence, workers’ compensation claims, reasonable accommodations, and return-to-work arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

  • Conduct employee and manager training.

  • Partner with the HR team and leadership to support a respectful, accountable workplace.

What You’ll Bring

  • Four to six years of progressively responsible HR experience, including substantial HR Generalist responsibilities.

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, workplace investigations, onboarding, and training.

  • Working knowledge of California employment requirements and experience supporting protected leaves, disability accommodations, and workers’ compensation.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Paycom experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build trust while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.

  • The ability to manage your work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and follow matters through to resolution.

  • Healthcare or multisite HR experience and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are preferred.
