Human Resources Generalist

A member of the Human Resources department, this position performs para-professional/ technical work in various program areas such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefit administration, and leave of absence administration. The Human Resources Generalist also develops and drives creative HR initiatives and activities and serves as a liaison between the human resources department and members of the Lyons Magnus management team.

Pay Range: $27.00–$31.50/hour

Hours: 12:00pm–9:00pm

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Location: Walton, KY

Work environment available: In Office

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The HR Generalist will communicate with Spanish-speaking employees and may conduct employee orientation, training, and explain HR policies and procedures in Spanish.
