Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and successful onboarding experience for new employees. This position coordinates the onboarding process from offer acceptance through orientation, ensuring new team members have the tools, resources, and support they need to begin their careers with confidence. In addition to managing new hire paperwork, employee records, and compliance requirements, the HR Generalist partners with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. The role also supports recruitment, employee benefits administration, policy implementation, employee relations, training, and performance management while helping maintain compliance with employment laws.
