Human Resources Generalist
Join Our Team – Human Resources Generalist | North Carolina
Are you an HR professional who enjoys being where the action is, building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference? Portland Bolt & Manufacturing is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, resourceful Human Resources Generalist to support our East Coast manufacturing operations. This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. You'll work closely with employees and leaders, navigate everything from recruiting and employee relations to payroll and compliance, and help shape the employee experience across multiple facilities. If you're someone who takes initiative, thrives on variety, and enjoys being part of a small team where your contributions truly matter, we'd love to meet you!
