Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist – Bilingual Spanish/English Required
Full-Time | $22.00 – $27.00 per hour | On-site (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing payroll with accuracy and timeliness
• Administering employee benefits and handling enrollments/changes
• Supporting employees with HR-related inquiries and day-to-day needs
• Maintaining records, compliance, and assisting with on-boarding
• Collaborating across teams to keep operations smooth and people happy

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or recruiting
• Strong references and a proven track record in the field
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required to support our workforce)
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
