Summary
Manages the full employee lifecycle for a child welfare nonprofit, handling recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data, and compliance for DCF-funded roles in an onsite Sarasota office.
PURPOSE:
To provide comprehensive human resources support across the Safe Children Coalition, with a primary focus on DCF-funded staffing needs. This role is responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, and ongoing integration. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data and maintains detailed records for compliance and operational efficiency. Serves as a key contributor to HR strategic initiatives and departmental projects. Manage and enhance the Employee and Manager Self-Service systems for DCF-funded personnel, ensuring user support and continuous system improvement.
