Responsibilities

  • Administer and support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Support employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of issues.

  • Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HRIS data.

  • Assist with training, development, and engagement initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audit documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Solid understanding of core HR business processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management) and their automation.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems.

  • The role requires a willingness to share working time between our two primary locations: Santorini and Athens. The place of employment will be the premises of the Hotel in Santorini during the summer season and at RMKA's Athens offices (Glyfada) during the winter months.
